MUST have a California License
meet all requirements for CLIA for high complexity testing
ASCP
AAB
AMT or equivalent
participate in proficiency testing, use of LC/MS instrumentation a plus
understand all OSHA and Bloodborne pathogen guidelines
Adhere to all policies and procedures , perform calibrations and maintenance document all quality control activities, specimen handling and processing test analyses reporting and maintaining of patients test results
